Baked Mullet with Salt 鹽焗烏頭
Ingredients:
- 1 Mullet
- 450g Coarse salt
- 40g Galangal
- 3 pcsLemon leaves
- 1 pc Aluminium foil
Method:
- Preheat oven at 250 oC. Remove the innards and gills (keep the scales). Wash and wipe dry.
- Chop leamons leaves. Put galangal and lemon leaves in the cavity of fish
- Spread 1/3 of coarse salt onto aluminium foil. Place fish on aluminum foil. Life both sides of aluminum foil
- Place the remaining coarse alt on fish. Wrap fish in aluminum foil. Transfer to baking tray
- Bake fish for 25 mins. Remove skin and serve
材料:
- 烏頭1條
- 粗鹽12両
- 南薑3片
- 檸檬3片
- 預備鍚紙1張
做法:
- 預熱焗爐250度。烏頭去腸、去鰓 (保留鱗片),洗淨,抺乾水分
- 把檸檬葉切碎,與南薑片同時放入魚肚內
- 用三分一粗鹽鋪在鍚紙上 (按魚身長度鋪好),放上烏頭。拉起兩旁鍚紙。
- 將餘下粗鹽蓋在整條烏頭上。摺實鍚紙包好放在焗盆上
- 將烏頭放入爐焗25分鐘,取出去皮即可
