Conditions of Guarantee
Your product is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of original purchase. Matador Appliances Sdn Bhd (Baumatic) will repair any defect that arises due to faulty materials or workmanship free of charge during this period. In addition, your appliance is covered by a 5-year parts warranty. Baumatic will provide free of charge, the parts required to repair the appliance, if fitted by a Baumatic engineer, for any defect that arises due to faulty materials or workmanship within a period of 5 years from date of purchase. Our after sales service team operates from 9am to 6pm (Monday to Friday) and 9am to 1pm (Saturdays). We have a fully trained personnel able to answer your call.
